Ten Companions made the most of an all you can eat Chinese buffet recently thanks to the generosity of people donating to the Companion Leisure Fund.

It was a brilliant evening with Companions saying how nice it was to get out of the Community together and have a treat. Companions definitely made the most of the evening with most having at least four servings. But most importantly it was great to see everyone socialising together.

Jeff one of our Companions said "It was very nice, needs to happen more often".

Companion Nigel said "It was a bloody good night for all, it was nice to let our hair down and relax. Good food and good company!"

Darren our tomato sauce loving Companion even got to have tomato sauce with his curry which he was very chuffed about.

Lacey Locket Deputy Community Manager said "Companions work so hard it's important they get the recognition they deserve and get to have a treat and some down time too."
